The Summit offers 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bath, comfortably sleeping 12 people. Two bedrooms each have a king size bed and the third bedroom has double queen bunk beds. The third bedroom might be the most popular room in the house for adults and kids! The second floor has a gameroom with a foosball table, old school video games and high top table for cards and games. The first floor has 10 foot ceilings which offers a more spacious and grand feel, tall doors, a fireplace in the family room and a kitchen with huge windows to enjoy the view.

All BeHome properties are pet friendly. We allow up to 2 dogs at the property. Dog(s) need to be over 1 year old, less than 60 lbs, fully house trained, and guests must be willing to follow the rules of having dogs at the home. Dogs are $30/day each plus a refundable damage deposit.

**A few requests for the guest making the reservation:
- Guest making reservation must be 25 years or older to rent the home and must be on-site during the stay.
- Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is not allowed inside the home.
- Parties/large events are not allowed at the property.
- If bringing a dog, please read below for information on dogs at the home. Thank you!

Guests will have access to the full property, all building amenities, and 13 acres of secluded land. Please make yourself at home. There is a large gravel parking area outside of the home.

Hocking Hills properties often have quirks, including well water (some guests prefer to bring bottled water) and WiFi/cell service that's spotty at times.
