All our properties are for accommodation purposes only; no gatherings or parties are permitted. Bookings that exceed 10 days will incur an extra mid-term cleaning and linen fee at cost to the guest every seven days.

Strictly no parties or gatherings. The booking person must not be under 25 years old.
