We enjoyed our stay at the Berlin Heritage Inn. The location was perfect, being centrally located to all the towns we wanted to visit and was next door to our favorite shops, Sheyiah Market stores. It was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast included some microwaveable eggs and sausage biscuits, plus fruit, yogurt, cereal, breads, and hard boiled eggs. My friend tried the prepared omelet and was a little disappointed to find it filled with what looked like cheese whiz. But otherwise, the breakfast was fine and it was nice that they offered more than just continental with some variety.

Rooms nice and clean. Definitely quiet. We woke up kind of sore from sleeping in the Bed but it was acceptable. Centrally located to where a lot of shopping/restaurants in walking distance. Free breakfast. You can toast your own bagel or cook a fresh waffle in their waffle iron. They also have a selection of refrigerated items such as hard boiled eggs, packaged microwaveable breakfast foods, yogurt, etc. Free coffee 24/7 in the lobby.

The location was very nice and definitely within walking distance to the shops in town. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was good enough. And had a beautiful view and the commons area looking out at the countryside. A nice back porch to sit on with rocking chairs. We set up till about midnight playing cards in the commons area. There was a TV out there as well. Overall was a very pleasant stay and would recommend to friends

Our stay was nice. Wish I knew when booking online - that they specified that you had to climb 20 steps to get to the room. Also, hotel called right after I booked and asked if I had a pet? I said no! But it didn’t ask while booking. Also, was asked again when we got there do we have a pet? No ice machines in each building. Front desk provided a bag to put ice in. Would have been okay but no ice bucket in room.

Rooms was clean, house keeping only came if you filled out a slip if needing more towels, soap, tissues, TP. You then stick the items on the outside of your door. I was there for 2 days so there wasn't any need for items so i didn't need to request anything. The breakfast was very simple they had mostly items that you needed to microwave, they did pre made omelets and hash browns they told you how long to heat them up for, you could make your own waffles, they had sausage gravey in a crock pot. Yogurt, cereals and juices. The view from the gathering room was beautiful. They had shops within walking distance. Was very nice.
