This is a 2 bedroom/ 2 full bathrooms with kitchen, dining room and large living room with picture windows overlooking the park. The house is completely renovated- new baths, kitchens, floors, appliances, plumbing fixtures, etc. and has central air/ heat along with ceiling fans in each room. The apartment is the lower level of a 2 family home with the owner occupying the upstairs unit. The home is 2 blocks from Lakefront and 5 blocks from City Park. This is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood which happens to be one of Nola's safest neighborhoods. The materials used are all top of the line- granite, refinished hardwood, stainless steel, porcelain and glass tile accent, Benjamin Moore color palette. Tenant has shared use of patio and yard area along with their own washer and dryer. Internet and cable included!
About the Neighborhood: Marconi at Robert E. Lee Blvd., called Lake Vista, is located on New Orleans' lakefront. It's a wonderful neighborhood with activities for all. Enjoy bicycling, jogging, strolling the many tree-shaded lanes and parks and bird watching to name just a few. Walk to school and churches. Take a short walk to Lake Pontchartrain to see the sail boats race or City Park to golf, tennis, picnic or visit the museum. Truly the best neighborhood in New Orleans!
