The Space: Beautifully renovated and spacious with all the upgrades while maintaining its historic charm. Enjoy your mornings on the Balcony overlooking the Garden District. Make yourself at home here with everything you need for a day, week or month-long stay. Two bedrooms featuring king size beds, 55" TV's and spa-quality Comphy brand sheets, 2.5 bathrooms, large kitchen with open plan to living room and dining area. Washer and dryer in unit with laundry soap included. This grand building has all the historic NOLA charm one could ask for. Absolutely incredible.

The Neighborhood: The Garden District is majestic and inspiring. This apartment is just steps to Magazine Street's boutiques, antique shops, restaurants, coffee shops, cafes, local bars, and more! This area is exceptionally walkable and features oak-shaded streets that are lined with a diverse mix of homes, from single-story cottages to the grand historic mansions and lavish gardens of St. Charles Avenue. The St Charles streetcar six blocks away will transport you downtown to the French Quarter or uptown to the Universities or all the way to the Riverbend. In addition, it is very close to the Mardi Gras parade routes so you can catch all the Carnival fun!
Getting Around: The St. Charles streetcar line is six blocks away and will take you to all the main tourist attractions including Audubon Park, Tulane and Loyola Universities, the Riverbend and the French Quarter. Uber or taxi will get take guests to most areas in the city in about 10 minutes or less. All street parking is free and first come, first serve.
Other Things to Note: Per New Orleans City requirements, this contains a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom.
The building is a 4-plex, and this unit is on the 2nd floor. It does not share any walls with the neighboring units. There is one unit beneath it. Parking is all free street parking, you should be able to find a spot right out front.

What a fantastic stay! The location was perfect and our host was incredibly responsive and accommodating from start to finish. The beds were some of the most comfortable we've slept in and check-in couldn't have been easier. A standout feature was the huge walk-in closets in each bedroom — the one in the cool wallpaper room doubled perfectly as a changing space when the bathroom was occupied. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again!

Loved the balcony. The floors are a little wonky. Other guests left their dogs unattended which was ok since we love dogs. The TV was the biggest problem. Could get no local news or weather. No cable channels were available. Really strange channels available. Walk ability to Magazine St was excellent. Loved the school across the street. Best entertainment. Thanks for everything. We left Kleenex, pepper, bottled water, orange juice, cheese and dryer sheets. Hope they got used. Thanks so much for everything. The host was responsive to all our questions.

The condo looks exactly like the pictures in the advertisement. The place was nice and clean, The surrounding neighborhood was nice as well. The convenience of all the major tourist attractions is No more than 15 15-minute drive. I do recommend having a car for transportation around the city! The Uber prices are gouged during most times of the day. There are plenty of parking spots near the condo that are free. We love the mirrors that are throughout the property are a great addition for photos which we loved! Recommend!

Wonderful Garden District location
We loved our stay here. The home is beautiful and really feels like old-school NOLA. The location is perfect for exploring the Garden District, and it’s easy to get to the French Quarter and downtown. The owners provided high quality supplies and thought of everything. We felt so comfortable and “at home” the entire time! I cannot say enough about what a great place this is.

The Most Convenient Home Away From Home
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this beautiful location. It’s charm and quiet luxury surrounding made us look forward to coming “home” each night as much as we enjoyed the city. Great for 2 people or 2 couples.
Magazine street is a short walk away and it was a short drive to everything we wanted to do. Will happily book again, I just hope they have some properties in the other cities I’ll visit.
