This mid-century modern building hosts 2 guests in a private room that enters onto the shared courtyard. Walking distance to Crescent Park at Piety St., Pizza Delicious, The Country Club, Satsuma, Red's Chinese and more. Street parking is available.
The Space:
This unit has one bedroom and one bathroom. There are three other rooms that enter onto the shared courtyard. We ask that everyone keep a pleasant neighborly vibe.
Guest Access:
There is street parking available. I ask that you park across the street or around the corner on Royal so that my neighbors can park in front of their houses.
We are 25-30 minutes from the airport and a 3 minute Uber or Lyft to the quarter. You can also walk to the quarter through Crescent Park along the river in 15-20 minutes.

Not a great experience
Room was surprisingly tiny, not really a lot of room for more than one person. The room was not very clean and we found mold on the comforter. The pillows were also very uncomfortable,we only got two bath towels and one washcloth for a two night stay.and there was a dirty washcloth left behind by a previous guest. The courtyard was nice, plenty of street parking quiet area. It was not a very comfortable stay so we would most likely not return. It seemed like the space was put together to make money but not for the comfort of the guest.
