Before checking out all trash is to be in trash bags in the dumpster which can be accessed from the back door located on the side of the house.


Trash runs on Tuesday & Friday, while staying on these days any trash you have must be put in the dumpsters & put out to street

Very nice house. Clean and smelled wonderful. Communication was great and check in and out was easy. Will definitely stay again. Only negative were the bar stools. A couple need to be fixed but not a biggie.

Girls trip

The property was just as pictured, nice neighborhood, well lite , nice neighbors . There was 6 of us and fit all of our needs . It was about a 20 min drive to the French Quarter but was stated in the description.
Stayed 2 nights in Apr 2024
