Magical Uptown Oasis: Books and Oak Trees Galore

This house has 3 bedrooms and one nursery, all of which are cozy and well-lit spaces. There are 2.5 baths, one of which is newly renovated and has a standalone bathtub for soaking. The kitchen is newly renovated, spacious, and inviting. Our den is comfortably set up for movie watching, naps, and reading.

We have two office spaces set up, exercise equipment, strong WiFi throughout, and a library of our own books.

Oak trees line our street and provide shade in the large backyard. The front porch is ready for rocking chair time and our house abuts a large field/park. It’s a spacious and elegant home in an ideal location. Magazine Street is a mere three blocks away and you will be able to walk to all of the bars, shops, bakeries, coffee shops, and restaurants that make this area so special. Enjoy!
