Looking to explore New Orleans? This house is situated near the fairgrounds and jazzfest, City Park, and Bayou St John. The entire house is fully remodeled and cute as a button. Easy car ride to downtown attractions, 5 minute walk to Toast and Jockey's pub. This is the perfect place if you want to be downtown for events and activities and then retreat to a mid city neighborhood. Very quiet neighborhood and a 10 minute walk to the bayou and City Park. Excellent environment to work from this home. Ideal for traveling nurses, digital nomads, students, or anyone needing a private and furnished transitional space.
