My place is available on a flexible basis. If you need a particular month, please ask! Currently looking for late June-late July, with some wiggle room on either end.
Roomy one-bedroom, with a clawfoot tub & double-living room. Perfect for Jazz Fest or any Fairgrounds event, since you're literally a block away! You have an entire half of a duplex, with a fenced yard, firepit and great porch, in a walkable are with great neighbors, restaurants and pubs. Walk to City Park & Treme, easily bike (there's one for your use!) to the Quarter, Bywater, Garden District and CBD. In some cases, my friendly indoor/outdoor short-haired cat may share the space. No other cats in the home, but dogs that have been tested and gentle with cats may be welcome.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.
