Downstairs is the Master Bedroom with King Size bed and En suite Bathroom. Upstairs are the 2nd and 3rd bedroom with in one bedroom a King Size bed and the other a Queen size bed. Both have an En suite bathroom. Bedrooms have air conditioning and Flat Screen smart TVs.
You will also have access to the private laundry room with washer/dryer, iron & ironing board. Beach Chairs, Cooler, Beach towels and Umbrella is provided to take to the beach.

Gold Coast is situated in the upscale Malmok region and offers free of use, 24/7 security, 3 community swimming pools, Tennis Courts and Gym.
The villa is a short drive to the hotel Boulevard with entertainment, shops, restaurants and casinos. Tierra del Sol, 19 hole Golf Course is within walking distance.

Over and Above
The property was actually over and above our expectations based on the listing. We've rented over a dozen homes/villas in the past and you can always find something that is wrong, missing, or not right even if those places were very good, but not this one. Perfect location for us, the beds were very comfortable, bathrooms, pool, outdoor kitchen, washer and dryer were all pluses. Kitchen very well equipped. Beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas were great to have. Petra spent sometime to make sure this house was well equipped exceed everyone's expectations. If the rating would go to a 10 we would give it that.

Fun stay at Gold Coast
House was as advertised. Very clean, well appointed, and perfect for our stay. We loved the outdoor seating area and pool too. Very comfortable house and close enough to everything we needed.
