New cape built in 2020 in New Hampton Village. Open the garage doors from an app, and pull right in. Cottage is quaint-cozy, but also has all the new millennium conveniences you need: Wi-Fi, smart TV, smart range, filtered drinking water, mini-splits for customizable AC and heat, Samsung W/D, DW.
Walk through the village, out to trails; check-out the trout hatchery or high-level New Hampton School athletic competitions, or take a 15 minute drive to one of three nearby ski resorts. Or just lounge, read, and sit by the fire pit out back.
House has storage for your skis & boots, fishing rods & waders.

Cozy, Clean, and Comfortable Cottage

We loved everything about this cottage! It was in terrific shape, nicely decorated, nicely equipped, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Host was very responsive and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend and we look forward to returning for another get away.

Perfect spot for weekend getaway!

Beautiful home with wide open garage with easy access. Home was just perfect for our family. My girls loved the room with twin beds and my husband and I appreciated the king master bedroom. Not much for a yard but we didn’t care about that. Easy access to highway, Dunkin and grocery stores. New Hampton is a beautiful town! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Perfect Cottage Getaway

Beautifully appointed cottage. Has every provision you can think of. Location is perfectly situated with access to all local attractions. Nice perk is having the full access to garage underneath. I would suggest booking this if you’re considering Laconia or neighboring towns. Thanks to Barb (host) for her prompt attention to our questions.

Amazing NH Home highly recommended.

My 2 sons and I picked this place because of it location to all the wonderful skiing in New Hampshire. Well the property did not disappoint. Super easy check in, very modern chic place! Just as described in post! Also, some added bonuses found in the basement in the way of a basketball shoot out game that will keep the challenges coming. Barbara was very quick on all responses! In, short I highly recommend this place and will stay again!
