Very nice hotel with clean rooms and great front desk staff.

We came to visit family in Memphis tn.this was the hotel we chose to stay and rest for the night.i was not expecting to have such aa bad experience...the room had a bad smell.the chairs in the room looked like they had pulled them out of the trash...my concern is how is that ok with any hotel manager??? I have told all my very large and extended family about this hotel and bad experience with Americas best hotel. And i am sure that they will pass on this one and any othe america best hotel

Made a reservation online, no problem. Checked in, hotel clerk charged my credit card also. Addressed it, one hour later, taken care of. Had to ask about WiFi password and times for breakfast. Room smelled like wet dog. But you get what you pay for.

The check-in process had me worried as they didn't have my reservation in the computer but after about 20 minutes they found the email and got everything situated. The room was adequate for our needs, no frills, not even a hair dryer. But a lot can be overlooked when a business supplies excellent customer service...which Dale did. I realized when I got home and started unpacking I had left something in the room. Something valued at about $120. I freaked out then called to see if it had been found. Dale answered the phone and said he would have housekeeping check the room for it and to call back in about 10 minutes. I called back and it was indeed right where I left it. Then how to get it to me since I live 2 hours away. He told me just what I needed to do so they could mail it to me and 2 weeks later I got my item in the mail!! Made me so happy and definitely made me willing to recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through this way!!

The room was clean and spacious enough for an overnight stay for our family. The bathroom fan pulled in smoke from other rooms. The free breakfast was considered a hot breakfast because there was a waffle maker.

we were down for a uncles funeral....was disapointed in the so called maken of bed it looked as some one just walked across it and the pilows looked like they were slept on.. the so called blanket looked 80 years old you could used it for a fishnet plus it was rolled up @ bottom....tub was dirty...bed was hard felt like we were sleeping on the boxsprings....the clean sheets I was given to remake bed was stained....I have worked in resorts and hotels and if I had ever left a room like that I would of lost my job...what happened in taken pride in your work...clean as if it were your home that your proud of? We will not be returning there again.....

isolated hotel; low cost = low quality
