My family and I had booked this hotel as our first night in Delhi. After our flights we were exhausted but we arrived at this hotel only to be told 'we've cancelled your booking'!!! What infact happened was that they bunked us off to their 'sister' hotel! There had been no communication with us about this and even though our names were still in their guest register there was no way they were letting us stay. If I wanted the sister hotel I would've booked it. This was extremely unprofessional!

I love guys work there don't know all name but one guy who stand out because excellent English ;)Harsh he and other guys helpful! They set me up with their driver Vijay whom got special friendship! Vijay gave me amazing experience in Delhi that I will never forget! Laundry service food was great. One of guy say came over to say hi to me while outside of the deck! The location wasn't perfectly safe but the staff will offer to escort u to ATM or store woth me vijay mine driver! Please give them business they deserve it after their hard work!!
It was my first time in here. I came here with my partner for an appointment. Our meeting went very well and I seemed to like this hotel very much. There was nothing they missed to make their hotel a great place to visit. The ambiance of the hotel was really very great. The staff members were also very supportive and humble. The rooms we stayed in were also seemed very nice. Comfortable bed, nice view around the hotel, availability of every single thing in the room made it the best. The food we had here was also very nice and the environment we got here was also very decent and peaceful which helped us a lot to make our visit comfortable. Good hotel it is.
So after having to spend my first 2 hrs in Delhi organising alternative accomodation , I had booked The Park but Hot.es hadn't paid their bill so my voucher wasn't honoured. I find myself already having paid and not having the higher paid job that I had last year found myself in need of budget accomodation. The pearl is an excellent hotel ,staffed by excellent people, The local bars sell fair priced beer and there is entertainment later at nights. The Gupta road is crazy with noise 24 hours a day but it is not a sanitised version of Delhi that I had come to fear in my 24 in the Connaught area. The breakfast buffet was very varied and delicious, a different choice for every 1 of my 3 nights there The wifi good And it was very very good value My driver , who took me to Agra , offered to run me to the airport for only £25. A five minute Tuk Tuk ride £1.50 -that's paying far too much and a token on the metro £1.00 and you're at T3 Delhi airport Eat veggie, eat local , the restaurants and the bars behind the Gupta road are very good and cheap.
Would highly recommend, staff were very friendly, food was nice & perfect location for sight seeing around Delhi The rooms were spacious & theres a travel adviser on site for all the travel & sight seeing info you need *****
Upon arrival at the pearl hotel the staff on the front desk were rude and impolite to our party. Oddly we had to pay for the room up front, which they forgot to mention included 24% tax when booking. Yes India has hidden taxes on everything but the 15% "city tax" we thought was laughable. It's worth noting we never got to see the room before payment was taken either. When we arrived at the room the concierge told us the bar was closing in 15 minutes so we asked for 6 beers to be brought up. Half an hour later they arrived (meaning the bar was still open) and when we stated we now only wanted 3 due to our wait he argued with us saying we had to pay for 6. None of the beers had been opened so we refused and he eventually left our room. On closer inspection of the bottles the labels had been removed so the expiry date was not visible. Breakfast - poor service again not good. Enough said. It gains 2 star as the bed was comfy, on a whole clean and the shower was hot which we had missed back packing round srilanka and India. Would not recommend staying here.
This centrally located in city of Delhi, Paharganj but after the new management everything under mess, some back office Staffs are very rude, they ask you to checkout on time, even if you request for some more time of additional one hour they will bang their phone. This is the respect we get. The old management was so appreciable and so much co ordinating for our problems the new management is exactly opposite. Think before

This was the seventh time i stayed in this hotel. And definitely the last time. A lot has changed. No hot water or ac without asking. Airport pickup after one and a half hour after arrival time still not there. Taxi to the airport also late. Receptionists doing absolutely nothing to give service to the guests. Only good thing: the restaurant with friendly service and good food.
