Our stay at the Claridges was lovely. Transportation to and from the airport was super easy and they went the extra mile when my flight arrive a few minutes late into Delhi to track that and wait. It was convenient to start our tours in the AM and the room was perfectly appointed with an amazing bed!

Fantastic breakfast at Pickwick's with great selection of foods, all well-executed by Chef Pandy.

Peaceful oasis in hectic Delhi. Coffee was the best we've had in India and food was delicious.

Check in was going slow, no line, but staff likes to sit you down for the royal treatment and talk forever about things that are already in your reservation when you just want a shower and a nap. Hotel is an excellent hotel with 3 restaurants and great rooms and service. Safe, secure, high-end. Delhi and India can be rough and dirty/dusty but this hotel is outstanding. Food was good and safe. Our room was nice and quiet from other guests, except it was near the Sevilla restaurant and music played from outside til almost midnight for no reason. Pool is ok, gym small. Pool had a sour smell, but it is common in India. No cold water due to heat waves! Balcony was ugly and dirty. Staff was very accommodating.

Claridges Hotel cannot be beat for location in the very green, lovely streets of New Delhi. It's a long-standing small treasure of a place with a superb staff. It's an older building that has been upgraded to comfort. But its greatest benefit is the personal attention and care from the really wonderful staff, from the courteous front desk staff, elegant doormen, friendly housekeeping personal and waiters and waitresses in the good restaurants. The Concierge remarked on our visit that this hotel is very much like a home. We find that to be very true, love staying here and find ourselves returning on subsequent trips.

Old time charm, with excellent staff and service. Pleasant open ground at front of hotel for relaxing.

A good mid priced boutique alternative to the larger chain hotels in town. Rooms: large, some are recently renovated. Food: Dhaba - excellent. Sevilla - AVOID! Breakfast: made to order items were plentiful. Bar: great for Vodka lovers.

Conveniently located near Lodhi's garden and close to airport (12km). 3 restaurants in house. Only annoyance is porters will ask for tip, which may require you to change money.

We travel to Delhi from the US at least once a year, and this is the place we choose to stay every time (after trying a few others in the past). It's not the most pricey in town, but it is very comfortable and the staff members are routinely great. It has superb restaurants (Sevilla has been an excellent recent addition to the Dhaba and Pearl). I'd head for the Dhaba for at least one meal in Delhi even if I were staying elsewhere. High tea in the garden brings back a relaxed, earlier era.

We were treated as honored guests by Ambesh, the concierge, who arranged for our beautiful room, as well as a driver and tour guide for our overnight stay in Agra. We checked out and then back in again, and the hotel graciously held our extra luggage while we toured. Everyone was extremely professional and warm. R. N. Singh was a safe driver and a fount of knowledge. We ended up spending all 3 days with him, which he made memorable. The hotel had excellent restaurants and made us feel a part of a romantic past. We loved the room and the luxurious linens. They arranged everything for us, from travel to and from the airport to touring. I would definitely stay there in the future.

We really enjoyed the hotel and it's great service for our short stay in Dehli

I've been visiting the restaurants of Claridge's for years on my trips but have not stayed there, opting for bigger, fancier, newer. But recently my husband and I spent a week there and I must say that this hotel, in its service and comfort and extra-ordinary service is now my favorite New Delhi hotel. We absolutely loved our stay there and have booked in for another week on this trip as it's the most at home I've ever felt in a hotel. The service is unmatched. The food is great and it's been restored recently to quiet marble elegance yet on a wonderful human scale. We love this hotel and most of all its fantastic staff, front desk to restaurants to room staff. Just loved it.

This hotel is not a five star hotel - more like a 3-4 star. First night we arrived, we had a hard time falling asleep because of the noise. The hallways are not carpeted so the noise gets amplified. There is a gap under the door and you can hear people coming in and out of their rooms, even walking on the hallway. Sometimes there is smoke coming through under the door. We put some pillows down by the door to minimize this issue. The first room they put us in had no window and there was a tile coming off in the washroom. We asked for a different room and for our last 2 days we had a better room with a balcony and a view of the pool. The restaurants are very expensive especially for India. Connaught Place is only 5 minutes away by taxi and you can get much cheaper good options there. Also, the Wi-fi is not free and quite expensive, but they have 2 computers in the business room downstairs which are free to use. Despite all this, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was really good. They had this beautiful flower arrangement made in the lobby each day.

i went there on my honeymoon. Very nice clean hotel service is amazing. Buffet breakfast has lots of selection. Room temp. Control doesn't work. It's little extra hot for us. We will book again in future and recommends to our friends.

The hotel has very nice rooms with comfortable beds. The grounds are also very attractive and there is a great selection of restaurants within the hotel. I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to be of help. The location is also very good. I would stay there again.

There was a problem with our room--the water pipe in the room burst! I was very disappointed to not stay directly at Claridges, but they took care of all the arrangements to book us to another hotel as they were completely booked (have you seen the place? There's a reason. It's gorgeous.) and gave us a complimentary free meal that was nothing short of stunning and possibly the tastiest meal I've ever had (Sevilla is INCREDIBLE). If I come to New Delhi again, I'm booking Claridges.

I have stayed twice at this hotel and both times were good. It is close to Kahn market, India gate and parks. Very nice and attentive staff.

We enjoyed the fact that the property had a colonial feel. It makes us feel more like we are in a foreign country when the hotel we stay at looks different than a big western chain hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and the hotel common areas were lovely. We also really enjoyed the food at the Jade restaurant.
