Attended a Business meeting and found to be an ideal place. Specially the front lawns in the evening is served and has a beautiful ambience specially for a relaxed business discussion after a hectic long day. Well placed Valet and very nice service.

Stayed at The Claridges 3 times within a 17 day trip to Northern India. It's a beautiful hotel inside and out that has a nice breakfast restaurant serving more than enough and is excellently staffed. The rooms are adequate and comfortable. High quality toiletries and amenities. Felt very business-like and I imagine looks after regulars very well. I'd like to make a point of personally thanking Mr.Om Prakash for his kindness throughout our stay. This gentleman is a credit to the overall running of this very nice hotel. My only slight issue was on requesting and being sent fresh milk for tea to our room I was asked to sign a receipt for the equivalent of £5; I thought 5 star hotels gave this complimentary. A bit cheeky and needless to say I refused. I would book to stay here again if I were to return to Delhi. I'd take my own milk!
my room at the claridges has twin beds, a receiving space, an office and a bathroom with a tub. it is huge! wifi is fast and all the amenities are present. but i would have preferred that they placed me in a room with only a single bed since it was specifically instructed that i was alone upon booking. service is very good although unlike other hotels i've stayed in, its lobby has no stationed usual reception area where one can readily approach. the hotel has a sprawling garden which is functional for events. the pool needs some enticement since it was situated at the back and quite isolated. breakfast buffet is a winner but for their guests who consider rice as staple in their diet, this food item should always be included in their selection. two things that prevented me from giving it a perfect score? the elevator is so tiny it creates claustrophobia. the toilet should be upgraded with a bidet.
Our room overlooked the pool and courtyard and was perfectly comfortable though a bit dark. We stayed for two nights and the service was very courteous and efficient. Loved having cocktails on the front lawn in the evening. Food at the Dhaba restaurant was delicious although it was quite expensive, especially when you add in the wine. Would recommend this as a good base for exploring the city.
We absolutely loved this hotel. It's more "old feeling" but we love it. We brought both of our kids. The staff is kind and helpful. It's really close to Khan Market. Beautiful walking side walks outside of the hotel.
Lovely hotel with great choices of restaurants !!! Located right in the heart of the city. Spacious rooms, friendly staff, good housekeeping and amazing food served by the room service and restaurants.
Stay was very good. Staff is very courteous. Guest needs are nicely managed. Front desk Manager & associates are always forthcoming to any assistance etc. Very neat & clean premises. Overall ambiance of this property is excellent.
great place to stay, a number of great restaurants. ladies ask for a full length mirror as none of the rooms have a full length mirror, but they can provide on in the room. good and friendly staff. i have been visiting this hotel over many years. during winters the buffet is brilliant. it has a good gym and swimming pool. a quaint ambiance with a real old world charm.
We stay there during for business trip. Rooms are not and clean. Staff are helpful in nature and courteous. One added advantage is its proximity to many important places which saves lots of time. Definitely recommended for stay.
