The Private Hot Tub: Tucked away on the open-air side of the deck for daytime fun or evening cocktails under the stars. Note: We provide professional hot tub cleaning immediately before every check-in.

Screened Deck: The expansive wrap-around deck is screened-in on two sides, creating a comfortable, shaded extension of the living room.

The Fire Pit: Gather around the crackling fire with circular seating for starlit s'mores. Our complimentary "S'mores Kit" with skewers will welcome you upon arrival. You'll have everything you need to fully enjoy the fire pit on your first evening.

The Grilling Station: A dedicated circle of Adirondack chairs allows the group to relax while you show off your skills on the gas BBQ.

The Game Zone: Head behind the house for a spirited game of cornhole (bags) at our fourth seating area, complete with a dedicated ice bucket.

The Primary Suite (Upper Level): A quiet sanctuary featuring vaulted ceilings, a private two-person screened balcony, and a massive en-suite bathroom. Indulge in the large jacuzzi tub, spacious walk-in shower, and dual vanities. (A washer and dryer are in one of the closets.)

Main Level Accommodations: Ideally laid out for families, the first floor includes a guest room with a Queen and Twin bed, plus a dedicated Bunk Room (Twin/Full and Twin/Twin bunks). A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo sits conveniently between the rooms.

Community Pool & Beach Readiness
The Pool: Our community pool is a very short stroll from our doorstep. It is the perfect spot to spend a long afternoon soaking up the sun on the poolside lounge chairs.

Beach Ready: We have made your 5 minute drive to the New Buffalo beach effortless. We provide 4 tailgate chairs with over-the-shoulder straps and fresh beach towels.

Local Exploration: Beyond New Buffalo's famous beach, the stunning Indiana Dunes are just 30 minutes away and absolutely worth a visit.
