Beautiful Stay

My 2 sisters and I took our Mum away for her 70th birthday with all our kids. It’s a great place for all ages. Beautiful big deck where we spent most of our time. Access to the beach from the property isn’t easy, There are no stairs, just a drop down and you have to climb back up the sand which was fun for the kids but not possible for Mum. There is no access from the room downstairs to the top floor of the house from inside, you need to go up the outside stairs which wasn’t really an issue we just had to change a few sleeping arrangements due to there being quite a few young kids in our group. Overall an amazing stay and everyone had a fabulous time here :)

nice house for our group

we had a fun getaway at the house , nice swims in the ocean and many meals on the deck , kitchen was great to cater in , rooms tidy & lounge room spacious.

Disappointing

We booked and paid for 10 people however the lower level of the house was so damp and moldy, there was only accommodation for 6 people on the upper level. The area had significant rains prior to our arrival, so if the accommodation was no longer habitable, we should have been advised prior. On the day of our check in, the host messaged that we would get the access code the following day, (a day after our booked arrival). Trying several avenues to contact the host to confirm our arrival and get a code was stressful. A 7 year old child fell through a rotten board on the main deck. The deck had nails sticking up; enough to cause a nasty injury. We put tape over them to minimize the risk. I have never had reason to complain about any of our many other stayz holidays.

Beautiful beach stay

It's a rustic joint with heaps of charm and crashing waves at arms reach. Cool little neighbourhood too, there's a gourmet grocer and awesome little shack style coffee joint with cold beer on tap about 1 minutes walk from the property!

Great House with all amenities you need for a relaxing stay

The house upstairs was brilliant, location, the back verandah had plenty of room, chairs on beach were all fantastic. I have to mention downstairs smelt very mouldy. Hard to sleep down there. I sprayed perfume this helped. So I had to rate a 4 star otherwise would be 5.

Perfect beach getaway

Immaculate presentation. Unbeatable proximity to a very lovely beach. Private and spacious. I sat with my 3 week old at the top of the garden on a private bench in the shade, watching my partner and the boys playing in the surf directly below. This place is better than can be presented in pictures. A joy.

Lovely stay in an amazing location

We had a great time in New Brunswick, the house was comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was amazing and we loved watching dolphins and whales just 20 steps from the house!

Paradise on the beach

Great holiday all because of the house and location. Except to get supplies and the occasional meal, we spent the whole time chilling at the house while occasionally jumping in the ocean which was literally in our back yard. The house was perfect, clean great kitchen, bbq area. The best thing is the outside deck where we spent most of our time. Hammock, table. Even when raining was bliss lying there listening to the rain drops and smelling the ocean. Close to Ocean Shores shopping centre and a stones throw to Brunswick for some cool restaurants and cafes. And across the road from the river for some local fishing. Of course the most impressive thing is the house backing onto the beach. We will definitely be going back!! Seriously, we have high standards, and this was perfect. And the beds were super comfy. Again can't recommend highly enough.

Paradise by the beach

We had an amazing 5 days at this property. It had everything we needed for our family of 4 to have the perfect getaway. From the weekly farmers markets and local store just a short stroll from the house to buy our supplies for the week, to starting each day eating breakfast and enjoying a cafe quality coffee from the house machine whilst over looking the stretch of beach just 20 steps away watching whales and dolphins play in the waters a short distance from shore. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. You won’t be disappointed.

location！location！

We absolutely loved our stay. The location to the beach is amazing, it’s soft, squeaky sand and crystal clear water, we could see the sea from back yard. Nice cafe around corner.We were very happy with everything! Jenny was so friendly and helpful with check in and out .Would highly recommend.
