There were sink and shower drainage problems. House cleaning service was poor. Main lobby doors closed at midnight with no key swipe entry and front desk was unmanned. Slow response for clean bath towels and toilet paper. No coffee bags wit coffee maker. Awesome food and food services. Poolside bar service and entertainment was also outstanding. No Supervisor/Manager on site to speak with. Will not stay there again nor recommend to family and friends.
