The hotel was fabulous but the staff customer service was appalling- the girls stood around flicking their hair at taking selfies and even smoking while I waited to order a drink. It was embarrassing and poor form. The only staff that could speak English had a very cocksure attitude and was abrupt and it came across as rude- they were too busy doing nothing to do anything. I would recommend the hotel for the views but not the ambiance or service. I asked for a cappacino at the bar and it was made with a Nespresso pod and flat milk. Extremely dissapointing for 2024 in a major tourist attraction

Hotel staff always courteous and helpful and try as much to meet your requests. Good breakfast spread and a nice terrace / deck with a lovely view. It will be good for them to get better quality umbrellas as it was windy and rainy when we were there and the umbrellas just folded up when winds got a bit gusty. They should at least provide facial tissues in the bathroom which are essential for any hotels. Fridge was not cold at all... and think it was not working.

Excellent location, espectacular view. Unfortunately, the area next to the roof-top is going thru renovation, so we couldn't access the roof-top as shown on the expedia photos. Nonetheless, it is an excellent hotel to stay. The breakfast is amazing. Highly recommended!

Beautifully designed property and amazing views from the terrace. There was a problem in my room with a smell from the pipes, which would re-appear within hours of cleaning. Half of the hotel also seemed to be under construction (maybe because it was still off season). So overall, the room was nice and good value, but there are some things the hotel team still needs to figure out.

Best ever

Best hotel we have stayed in Cappadocia. We have stayed in a few hotels here and this is by far the best in terms of service, kindness, food, helps and accommodation. First of all the rooms are amazing and the breakfast is wonderful. We got the king suite and it’s more like an emperor suite. It was a duplex suite with bathtub and amazing view and huge living room and washroom. Secondly, my car broke down next to the hotel and Umit the manager was ready to help every step of the way. He arranged a battery boost. Then later he came out of his way to communicate the towing for me. Something that is not his job at all. Thirdly, he arranged our ballon ride for 2 of us. His pricing was unbelievable and the company we went with was simply once in a lifetime experience. Finally, we needed to book an additional day here for our car troubles, he let us stay in the nice room when we only booked the regular room. This hotel and the staffs went above and beyond for me and my wife. They were ready to do anything for us. The vibe here was fabulous, the beauty and the charm of this hotel is simply dreamy. I 110% recommend this hotel to everyone. Hotel is 2 steps away from the Uchisar castle. You leave the door and it’s right there. Parking was available too. The view was spectacular with multiple terraces. We were welcomed warmly and our stay was absolutely memorable.

The room is great as I chose the Imperial Suite . The only thing I wish it has is the air ventilation in the room . The atmosphere and weather outside of the room was great but once enter the room it is humid . That is my only concern regarding this place . It was a great experience to stay overnight in the cave room . The staff were great and helpful .

Dreams of Cappadocia is an excellent place to stay. Its a nice hotel with excellent service. The staff is very courteous, friendly and very helpful. They arranged most of our tours and made dinner reservations at top class restaurants in the area.

Otel bölgenin en güzel konumuna sahip zirvededir. Çevrede Herşeye ulaşımınız 10dk bile değil çarşı market vs. 111 nolu odada konakladık, diğer odaları bilmiyorum lakin kaldığım oda büyük manzaralı çok güzel otantik dekor edilmiş ultra lükstü ve oldukça temizdi. İkramları olsun özelikle personel arkadaşlar çok içtendi, kendilerine ilgileri için çok teşekkür ederim. Kapodakya gezimde bu oteli yine aynı odayı tercih ederim. Biz yılbaşına geldik ama yeni çiftler için tam bir balayı 111 nolu odası diyebilirim.
