Welcome to Le Clos Colette, a charming family house nestled in the heart of Sologne, in the peaceful village of Neuvy. This warm and authentic place is perfect for a getaway with family or friends, accommodating up to 6 guests.



As soon as you step inside, you'll feel right at home. With exposed beams, a gentle atmosphere, and vintage charm, the house brings back memories of holidays at grandparents’ homes.



With 80 m² of space, the house features a fully equipped kitchen open to the living area, and a TV lounge with a 4K QLED Google TV.



Upstairs, you'll find a spacious family bedroom with a new 180×200 bed and a 140×200 bed, plus a single bed on the landing under the beams. A full bathroom completes the accommodation.



For your comfort, there is a washing machine, dryer, Wi-Fi, coffee machine, and fan.



Enjoy the private garden and terrace, perfect for outdoor meals around the barbecue.
