Family Home in the Charente Region with private heated pool

Peaceful but less than an hour from Bordeaux, Cognac, Angouleme, Saintes, Royan and Saint-Emilion.
La Rochelle is around an hour and half away.
Ideal for families of all ages with easy access to local shops, markets and restaurants as well as giving the opportunity to enjoy a wide range of activities both in the villa itself and in the local region.
We've been welcoming guests since 2009 with many returning year after year.
The villa is heated and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.

Beautiful house with everything we needed for a wonderful holiday. Pool excellent and kids had a ball. Lots of pretty towns in the locality and good wine. Communication with owner fantastic and great advice given re days out and local markets etc. We had a super time
