This attractive, small apartment building is sunny and quiet in the Milders district, offering stunning views of the Stubai Mountains and direct access to the cross-country ski trail (1,000 m above sea level). Active and relaxing winter days await you: The owners will be happy to spoil you with a freshly baked bread delivery service or a delicious breakfast (for a fee). The bathrooms were renovated in 2022, and the apartments feature hardwood floors. The Stubai Valley offers unforgettable views and, with four ski areas, a wide selection for all winter sports enthusiasts. Milders is located approximately 1 km from Neustift village and approximately 12 km from the Stubai Glacier and is an ideal starting point, especially for guests who would like to ski on the Stubai Glacier. A free ski bus takes you directly to the valley station at the Mutterbergalm. The village itself offers restaurants and two ski rental stations. For evenings when you can stay a little later, the nearby Neustift village with its bars, pubs, and discos is a great place to be. Look forward to an active winter holiday in the Stubai Valley. Highlights: Twice-weekly sauna use included in winter (Mondays and Thursdays) Nearby Activities: The Stubai Glacier (approx. 12 km away) offers absolutely guaranteed snow from the beginning of October to the end of May.
