The large garden invites you to run around, play games, jump on a trampoline, climb trees, or simply relax.  The 100 m distant, not crowded beach can be easily reached without crossing the street through our garden gate. A walk along the sailing and fishing harbor takes you about 2 km to the lively city center of Neustadt in Holstein.

You enter the basement level, individually designed apartment on the common stairwell. The two bedrooms and the living room have parquet and a separate garden access. You can see the Baltic Sea from living and children 's rooms - especially in the leaflet time. From the master bedroom and the living room, you can access the covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with induction stove, oven, dishwasher and a fridge freezer. The dining area is located in the living room. Here is also a large sofa, the TV and a dresser. In the master bedroom is a double bed (180x200) with blankets in extra length (220cm), the children's room has two single beds (90x200), which can be put together to a double bed (then without children's bedding: =) and with blankets in excess length 220cm). The children's room also has a beanbag. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe with a mirrored door. The modern bathroom has double sinks, bathtub and walk-in shower. The beds are made upon arrival.
