The location is very good , in the city center. The rooms are nice and clean , and the service was very helpful. I will recommend this hotel for your stay in neuquen. Also we had a nice view for our room
The room was small but very clean and updated. I had a decent view from my room but not much to look at with the hotel being downtown. The breakfast had a diencet variety and seemed of the normal selection for the area.
The hotel is well located, it looks very new. It has a small lobby. Rooms are ample, bed and pillows are quite hard. Minibar is empty. There is no coffee-maker nor iron-board. The bathroom is large enough, well illuminated. The shower is fine but not great. Bath tube has a non slippery floor and a good bar. Towels are new and clean. They have a hair dryer and only the essential amenities (no shower cap, no augmentation mirror). The room has a small TV set, there are a few plugs (all Argentinean sockets, you will need your adaptors). Breakfast has the usual sort of selection of this small hotels, the quality of the bread and sweet pastry is good, croissants not very good, the coffee should need to improve. Everything is very clean. The staff is kind and attentive, service is quite limited. Neuquen is not a touristic city, usual passengers are people on business who stay for one or two nights. Most of the hotels in the small non touristic cities in Argentina are similar. with limited customer service It is expensive for the service they offers, but Patagonia is 2000 km from everywhere, everything is more expensive there. It is not more expensive than similar other hotels in Patagonia non touristic city.
Very poor customer service. Had to ask for a sheet change after 9 days and was surprised when arriving back at the hotel the same evening after a 12 hr working day to find the bedroom had not been cleaned. About 2 mins after arriving in my room there was a knock on the door by the duty cleaner who wanted to clean the room. She explained there was a do not disturb sign on my room and that is why it was not cleaned in the morning. Truth being I removed the sign at 9.00am on the Sunday morning when I went for breakfast.!
The hotel is ok, no more than that, ok for the price, but it really disturbed me that when I arrived with my car they told me they didn't have space inside for the car, instead you have to leave it outside. If I understood that from the beginning I could choose another one. No happy about this. Room is ok, clean and big
The hotel is not bad, not bad located. The rooms are big but the services they hotel has are very little. No restaurant, the internet is really bad. The breakfast is pretty good. I would say it is an average hotel for business but a little pricy considering the services it has to offer.
We were traveling on our honeymoon and this was our first stop on a trip through parts of Argentina and Chile. At the end of our trip, this was a favorite hotel! Beautiful, modern design, absolutely spotless, huge room, very comfortable, good breakfast, and the most helpful, kindest people I've ever met at the front desk. Our Spanish was very bad, and the front desk mostly speaks Spanish, but they went out of their way to try to understand us. They helped us with every little thing we needed, from dinner reservations to backing our car out of a tight parking spot! Best of all, they set us up with an amazing tour guide for the Neuquen wine region and a tour of the nearby dinosaur museum and remains--our tour guide, Juan Manuel, was the best we've ever had! Definitely recommend!!
This hotel is very well located in the city of Neuquén and shops, restaurants and museum are in walking distance. Parking is on the street (paid for during the day) or in the garage of the hotel (also paid). The hotel looks from outside like a residential apartment building. The reception is functional and the staff was very, very helpful during our stay. The room was huge and very clean. The aircon was working but a bit noisy. The bathroom is also quite big. The bed was comfortable. The only downpoint was that there is no way to open the windows which means all the time there is no fresh air around. This was okay for a short term period but is in my opinion not acceptable for a longer period of nights. Breakfast was plentyful but the Coffee was not good - better ask for a espresso.
This is a simple hotel that could use a bit of renovation - scratched furniture and walls needing repainting and that really needs to look at how they organize food for their guests. There is no restaurant and food is brought from a nearby kitchen - one has to choose from a very short menu and the delivery time is around 21.45 - in my case the food was warm and was not the dish that I ordered - chicken arrived instead of steak and with no real chance of changing it (according to the waiter). For the price everything is very basic.
The hotel looks good and the staff is friendly. My issue is the beds are pretty hard and my air conditioner had a lot of condensation that wet my computer. I am lucky I caught it on time or I would have needed a new computer. Breakfast in the morning is more of a continental breakfast that is average at best. There is no pool. So the gym is it. It opens Monday through Friday at 7:30pm.
