Das Personal war sehr schlecht anzutreffen die Rezeption war die meiste Zeit unbesetzt das Frühstück war gut die Zimmer waren sauber aber Altmodisch Eingerichtet.

Es war alles gut, das Zimmer war sehr groß, das Essen war sehr gut, Schwimmbad war schön groß Wasser könnte aber 2 Grad wärmer sein, Sauna war schön. Wir kommen wieder.
Kleiner Mangel: es gibt keinen Aufzug im Haus und da ist der 3. Stock mit Gepäck schon eine Herausforderung

Der Service war nicht besonders nett.
Wir haben anfangs das falsche Zimmer bekommen und zwar ein basic obwohl wir economy gebucht hatten und daraufhin bekamen wir nur die Antwort ,, Unsere Zimmer sind doch alle gleich,, was sich nach dem Wechsel ins richtige Zimmer nicht bewahrheitet hat...
