Nice hotel, quiet; perfect for a relaxed stay. We had a suite which was big and well decorated. The food also was delicious. It has a friendly staff that caters for your needs. A special thanks to Zareen.
Very modern styled hotel - newly renovated; 24h reception; attentive staff; breakfast ok; well located within a residential area - very quiet; but: 10mins walk to Metro; rooms clean, fridge, iron; some bistros and small Shops nearby
Located just outside Paris, this hotel gave peace and tranquility from the crowded conference and tourists. We stayed in standard room with twin beds in second floor. The room was rather small to our liking, but very clean, neat and fully equipped. An iron with board is available. Bathtub and shower was placed together and was quite small. I would suggest the hotel to add another hand handle to hold on to as we step out of the bathtub. The croissants were very tasty. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The nearest bus station was only 5-minutes away and number 93 will take you straight to Avenue de Friedland, with another 5-minutes walk will take you to Champs Elysees.
Arrived late evening after a long day of travel and was very politely welcomed by check in staff who were very efficient with plenty of offers of help with luggage etc. Enjoyed a lovely suite even though for a quick 1 night stay with good quality furnishings and very clean bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning quite for a good nights sleep. The only comment I have about the room was the lack of a dressing table with mirror and sockets in order to sit and do your hair in the morning. There was a socket close to the bathroom and near a long mirror however for the female traveller it is always preferable to have a seat for convenient hair straightening in the morning. Plenty of other sockets around however for phone charging by the bed so the alarm is close by in the morning. Check out was incredibly busy as an air crew bus was leaving at the same time so I was in a long line of people trying to pay and leave. Probably worth leaving a little extra time to allow for this. All in all a very pleasant hotel with excellent service and I would certainly return.
How to enjoy Paris while at the same time seemingly reside in the Gentle French country-side? Crowne Plaza Neuilly - nested in one of the calmest and hidden areas around Paris - it's 10-15mins walk away from the Arc, 8mins to one of the main train station that services all of the main landmarks; it's a great location for couples or single travelers. The staff is forthcoming, multi-lingual with great amenities including a well furnished gym - The healthy buffet-style breakfast offers French pastries as well as well-balanced nutritional elements to start off the day with a spring in the step. Definitely a place to return to - ask for Melissa at the reception she literally can accomplish miracles :))
We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. the room is quite spacious, with a very comfortable bed & pillows. The hotel might look a bit outdated from the outside but it's been refurnished with very modern interior & ambience. My only concern was that the breakfast menu was exactly the same for 3 days in a row, they should have a bit of variation. But it was delicious though.
I really don't know from where to start... 1. when we arrived none of the bell boy offered to help with the luggage... 2. The lady at reception was snobby, truly didn't know how to deal with guests, unless you spoke French!!! 3. Room service oh my god I truly don't know what to say the most nasty and disgusting chicken Cesar salad I have ever had in my life... iceberg lettuce was rotten and a very horrible smell... And when I complained about it the executive chef came to my room and he was one stock up guy, and he had the nerve to tell me that's how the salad should be!!! I said fine clear the tray for me I don't want it in my room please, and I started to take pictures of the salad.... he suddenly apologized and that it will be removed from the bill... 4. Staff from house keeping or god knows what...if you have a don't disturb sign on the door they will still come in!!!!! I don't understand why.... To summarize what am trying to in you fine travelers out please do not go to this hotel at all unless it's an emergency there are thousands and thousands of hotels in Paris that are better hospitable respectful to customers and guests than this place,
The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. I have to make a mention of the front desk staff. Yvetta ( I hope I got the spelling right) was so efficient and helpful. I am from Asia and my trip took me to 5 european countries. My best experience with a local was in Paris. She arranged for the hotel to transport me to the nearest bus stop and she provided me with a good map plus detailed instructions on where to shop. Thanks Yvetta for showing great hospitality and thank you Crowne Plaza for providing transport.
I stayed 3 nights for business trip, room was super clean and tidy...credits goes to 3rd floor housekeeping. Friendly and Accommodating staffs from the reception to the housekeeping. Issue only on the wifi connection at my room, as I need to work in the evening, thus connection was bad and need to work from the coffee shop. I have raised the issue the staff, he came to fix and it was ok for awhile after it went bad again. Not a major issue but quite significant when you are on business trip where you need to do work. Breakfast buffet was good and tasty. Love the mushrooms 😊
We stayed here for two nights. Service was very good, very friendly and helpful. Bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was quite expansive and more or less what you'd expect. 15 minutes walk from nearest metro station, but it's a lovely walk with a quiet street and beautiful houses! Very residential and quiet, so restaurants are mostly 15 minutes walking too. Not ideal if you want something very central, but perfect if you value the quiet and don't mind a nice walk.
