A little rough around the edges

The confirmation said that the reception would be open from 8 am to 10 pm. We arrived at 3 pm and no one was there. I followed instructions about self check in but was told electronically that the room was not ready. The telephone number did not work. I called Hotels and they contacted the proprietor who asked for my name an reprogrammed the computer check in. It did no fact work and we checked in . The balance of the service was excellent.

Stopover for a night

We are a retired couple from Canada traveling around France, this hotel was perfect for a stop over. The on site restaurant is fantastic for dinner and breakfast.

A fantastic, well situated hotel.

An excellently situated hotel, in a pretty village but close to main routes. The room was light and fresh, with a mezzanine floor for the children's beds. It was clean and practical, the breakfast was fresh and tasty.

Surprisingly pleasant overnight stop

We arrived at dusk (8pm?) and though reception was closed we had a helpful and warm welcome from the staff in the adjoining restaurant. Within minutes we were in our room. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, quiet and the excellent shutters ensured our 2 year-old did not wake with the morning light! The bed was very comfortable, and ample clean bedding was provided. It was a little warm (our visit was mid-August), but we did not have the window or shutters open (see above!). Excellent shower and clean bathroom with basics provided. The restaurant served an excellent Plat de Jour for a very reasonable rate. We were very impressed! As our 2 year-old was ready for bed after a long day, they even bought our desert to the room. Breakfast was sufficient, though the room (different to the restaurant) is somewhat dingy, and the food was OK. Not the highlight of the stay. We'd return again as it made an excellent stay and was easy to find - next to the railway line (and it wasn't noisy).

Spacious room with a loft with two beds for the children. It is all a bit dated, but they clean it hard. It is true what is mentioned in other reviews that the towels are a bit old, but you get clean ones every day and they are washed clean. The beds are really good and sleep well. For the small amount we paid, there was even soap and shampoo ready. A downside, which we were prepared for by previous reviews, there are only 2 sockets. 1 at the desk and 1 in the bathroom. Enough to charge everything. For 70 euros per night for 4 people, we could not have stayed overnight better!

Kamer is passend bij de prijs. Matras is keihard maar dat is een persoonlijke mening. Uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt is voor franse begrippen uitgebreid, dun net iets meer dan alleen een stukje stokbrood, een croisant en een kopje koffie. Ook een plakje ham en kaas,yoghurtje gekookt eitje ,vruchtensap en nog wat kleins. Wij waren tevreden met overnachting voor doorreis

Un bon hôtel, un peu humide

Chambre en très bon état. Personnel très agréable et au service. Petit déjeuner très correct. Un petit kwack dans la chambre, beaucoup d' humidité. La douche mériterait d'avoir une paroi pour éviter d inonde la salle de bain. Literie très confortable.
