Wir – zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder (1,5 und 4,5 Jahre) – hatten in der letzten Augustwoche eine wunderbare Zeit in Neubukow. Die Ferienwohnung ist großzügig, hell und einladend gestaltet, mit einer kompakten und sehr funktionalen Küche. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.Ein besonderes Highlight war für uns der große, gepflegte Garten direkt am Haus – mit gemütlichem Strandkorb, vielen Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder und jeder Menge Platz zum Entspannen. Die freundlichen, neugierigen Junghühner, das reife Obst (Zwetschgen, Pflaumen, Feigen) und die Beeren zum Naschen an jeder Ecke haben uns begeistert. Auch die kleinen Schafe auf den umliegenden Weiden haben uns immer wieder ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert.Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei, für die es eine sichere Abstellmöglichkeit gab. So konnten wir das schöne – wenn auch windige und leicht hügelige – Umland wunderbar erkunden und die Strände in Kühlungsborn und Rerik besuchen. Besonders Rerik hat uns mit seinem gepflegten, nicht überlaufenen Strand und der charmanten kleinen Stadt sehr gut gefallen. Fahrradtouren ab Neubukow können wir absolut empfehlen – es gibt so viel zu entdecken: malerische Wälder, historische Gebäude und zahlreiche Tiere.Hinter dem Haus führt zudem der Pilgerweg „Via Baltica“ vorbei, auf dem man herrlich durch das traumhaft schöne Hellbachtal spazieren kann. Auch ein Ausflug nach Wismar lohnt sich: Die Stadt ist in nur etwa 25 Autominuten erreichbar und hat uns mit ihrem gr
