Former farmhouse in the charming Spreewald village of Caminchen.



In the Spreewald, southeast of Berlin, away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, you will find a contrast program a landscape where forests, rivers, lakes and small villages harmoniously shake hands. Here you will live in a practical and cheerfully furnished house over two floors, with plenty of space for you, friends or family.



Take advantage of the large, inviting yard for barbecues and meals in the fresh air. About 10 minutes away by car you can reach the wonderful Briesensee lake with some excellent swimming spots. You can discover the Spreewald on walks on foot or by canoe - the nearest departure point is in Alt Zauche, where you can also rent boats. In 15 minutes you can reach Lübben with its historic town center, Renaissance castle and park.

Geräumiges Haus in dörflicher Idylle

Besonders gefallen hat uns der liebevoll gestaltete Innenhof mit Grillplatz. Supernetter Vermieter und viel Platz im Haus rundeten das Bild. Schade, dass wir nur ein Wochenende Zeit hatten! Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Das Haus mit den 5 Schlafzimmern und der hervorragend ausgestatteten Küche mit einem sehr großen Tisch eignet sich sehr gut für eine große Familie oder mehrere Familien. Auch 2 Bäder sind vorhanden. Den Außenbereich mit 2 großzügigen Sitzgelegenheiten mit Grill und großer Wiese haben wir täglich genutzt für Sport, zum Essen und zum chillen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und kümmert sich sofort, z. B. beim Austausch einer Glühbirne. Es war genügend Parkplätze für 3 Autos vorhanden, für die Kinder gibt es ein Trampolin. Es gab keine Probleme bei der Abfallentsorgung und es war sehr sauber. Das einzige Manko ist das schwache Welan. Wir empfehlen das Objekt gerne weiter.

Familienurlaub-6 Erw. und ein Kind

Das Haus war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es fehlte nichts für unseren 7-tägigen Aufenthalt. Genug Inventar für 7 Personen, damit die Spülmaschine nicht jeden Tag eingeschaltet werden muss. 5 Schlafzimmer auf 2 Etagen, jeder konnte auch Mal für sich sein. Großer Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, die man bei sonnigem Wetter gut nutzen konnte, auch zum Grillen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und auch telefonisch erreichbar. Unternehmungen wurden im näheren Umfeld des Dorfes gemacht, insbesondere in Lübben, Lübbenau und Burg. Auch Cottbus ist über die Autobahn schnell erreichbar. Eine insgesamt tolle Woche im Spreewald.

Im Herbst musste geheizt werden. Dazu standen Kachelöfen in jedem Raum, die mit bereit gestelltem Holz von uns nach bedarf beheizt werden konnten.Leider war das Wetter schon zu ungemütlich, um den sehr schönen Außenbereich zu nutzen. Wir fühlten uns im Haus sehr wohl.Die Einrichtung ist praktisch und wird durch eine liebevolle, dem Spreewald angepasste Deko ergänzt.

Rundum empfehlenswert

Das Ferienhaus ließ keine Wünsche übrig. Liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer und großer Garten mit vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten und Spielzeug für die Kleinen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist man innerhalb kürzester Zeit mitten in den touristischen Spreewaldzentren, Lübbenau oder Burg. Sogar für Ausflüge nach Berlin oder Dresden ist Caminchen optimal gelegen. Der Eigentümer des Hauses ist sehr nett und war jederzeit bemüht, dass unser Aufenthalt perfekt ist. Sogar eine Reitstunde für meine Nichte hat er kurzfristig organisiert.
