“Côté Mer” is ideal for a holiday with your feet in the sand.



Located in the beautiful Nettle Bay Beach Club residence on the beach, facing the Caribbean Sea with views of Anguilla and La Belle Créole. “Côté Mer” will seduce you so that you spend an unforgettable vacation.



The residence has 4 swimming pools.



In the immediate vicinity you will find a mini-market, a bakery, a pharmacy, beach restaurants and a water sports center.



“Côté Mer” is fully air-conditioned but also very well ventilated naturally.



The “Cote Mer” house consists of a master suite with a king-size bed, a smaller bedroom with a queen-size bed, and its own bathroom with toilet. A fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room await you.



A large private terrace with garden furniture, table and deckchairs will allow you to relax to the rhythm of the waves while enjoying the view of the sea.

Baie Nettle is located halfway between the capital of the French part Marigot and the Dutch part, notably the districts of Cupecoy (Porto Cupecoy - restaurants & marina) or Mullet Bay (Golf and beach) and Maho (bars, restaurants and casinos)
