The unit was exactly as it was represented in the description. It was very clean, spacious and well appointed. The beach was beautiful, the weather was pretty predictable; sunny and hot with short bursts of rain showers. Marie was a delightful host, there were no issues with accessing the front gate and the unit itself.Several great eating spots within walking distance, including Mezza Luna and La Cigale. There is a convenience store, a pharmacy and a wonderful bakery a short walk away.Definitely would recommend staying here.

Wonderful couples getaway

Marie (and Marjorie) have done an excellent job with this unit. They are very responsive and available for any questions you may have before, during, and after your stay. Download WhatsApp prior to you arrival in St. Martin as most of the island uses it.The beach in front of the unit albeit pretty, is not swimmable due to rocks… I already knew this and was prepared to check out several of the 37 other beaches on the island. The unit is exactly as described. Some said the mattress was too firm but I found it to be quite comfortable. The rolling shutters in the front facing the beach are great for security at night although with the way the complex is set up, we never really felt unsafe. Both ac units did a great job of keeping the villa cool the week we were there. We wanted to open up the doors more often but it was a bit too humid and warm in the condo when we would do that and shut off the ac to keep it from malfunctioning.Listen to all of Marie’s recommendations prior to your trip and you’ll be setup nicely for your stay. I wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed 9 nights at this Nettle Bay villa, we enjoyed the location, close to restaurants, there is a small grocery store close by also, great rotisserie chicken place close by, we rented a car from Discount car rental for our stay and we explored the island.The villa was clean and well equipped, the only thing missing for us was a BBQ to cook some meals.Marie was quick to respond to a few questioned we hadWe hope to return next year

Beautiful View!

Wonderful view from a lovely deck. Kitchen & main living area are good. Mattress is extremely firm. Pool is great. Beach here is not swimmable due to sea grass & shallow rocks. Very nice restaurants within walking distance.

Beautiful view and great location

We love our stay at the Marina Villa. Marie was a great host! She was prompt in responding to any questions or concerns we had. She recommended a great rental place just a few minutes away, Discount Car Rental (all very nice). The listing was just as it was pictured and the the view was breathtaking. The location was great as it was only 15-20 minute drive to the Dutch side or to the beaches on the French Side. I highly recommend this listing!

Paradise

This villa is the perfect home base for exploring St Martin - very clean, modern, and well-equipped. It's even better than the pictures! The view is unbelievably beautiful, with huge sliding screen doors that open directly onto the beach. We spent every night out on the terrace enjoying the warm air and peaceful privacy. Nettle Bay isn't the best for swimming but we enjoyed walking on the shore, plus the beachfront pool and the dozens of other beaches on the island. Marie gave us a warm welcome and quickly replied to our messages. Highly recommend!

Slice of heaven

We have been visiting this beautiful island for almost 20 years and Nettle Bay Beach Club is our favorite place to stay. Our unit was perfectly pictured, very clean and had every amenity you could possibly need. The view is spectacular. I highly recommend renting from Marie! We had an incredible trip to Saint Martin! Staying at this gorgeous condo at the Nettle Bay Beach club was so much fun, and the perfect place to rest up at night for another glorious day on the island. Our host Marie was lovely, helpful, welcoming, and a pleasure to rent from. We extended our stay a few days, and Marie helped organize our Covid tests prior to our departure. Cecile the nurse who came to the condo was so cool and went out of her way to come back a second time so we could stay a few extra days without worrying about testing. Thank you so much for everything. We hope to be back very soon…

Simply Breathtaking

This hidden gem is a slice of paradise. The ideal vacation home for families and couples alike. This vacation rental has all the amenities and luxuries you'll need for a truly pleasant stay; from a big comfy bed with pillows like clouds, two TVs with Netflix, basic toiletries and enough towels to last you a week, there's a washing machine so you can do some laundry before you go home with clothes air-dried in the ocean breeze, and a kitchen equipped with all the necessities to cook yourself a delicious meal (although we highly recommend adventuring around and trying the local cuisine, there's plenty of spots to choose from that will have your taste buds drooling) The sliding doors open wall to wall to create the perfect indoor/outdoor space, which lets out on your own private white-sand beach. The view is spectacular! You'll be able to see the sunrise over the mountains across the bay. Marie was a very gracious host. She made sure we felt welcomed and was able to us some great tips on where to go and what to do. Thank you Marie, we will be back someday! xo

Loved the space and decor of this apartment. Felt like a real home - and the view from the deck was amazing. Well equipped and newly renovated. Nettle Bay beach is not a swimming beach but nice to walk in the surf. Pool excellent!

Tout était parfait, encore mieux que sur les photos. Très tranquille, la vue est magnifique. Notre hôte Marie était parfaite, elle nous a tenu informé de tout avec Whats App.La localisation est idéale avec une location d'auto. La climatisation fonctionnait bien. De l'autre côté de la rue, il y a une boulangerie (délicieux croissants), essence et une petite épicerie. Nous reviendrons sûrement.

Nous avons eu le privilège de séjourner deux semaines dans cette propriété exceptionnelle à Saint-Martin, et tout a été parfait ! La maison est à couper le souffle : décorée avec goût, très bien équipée, sécurisé, très bien situé et offrant des vues imprenables sur la mer. Absolument parfait !!! La villa ainsi que le Beach Club dans son ensemble son tout simplement sublime.
