NEW at Nettle Bay Beach ! Breathtaking view of the lagoon! Exceptional air conditioned, bright apartment with large terrace, lagoon view. First level (not ground floor) of a small building * For 4 people * 1 BR king size bed * convertible sofa in the living room * Large terrace with equipped kitchen * Fiber Wifi, A/C * Connected TV (SmartTv) * Bathroom with shower * Separate WC * Secure residence parking * 2 swimming pools in the residence * Shops on foot: bakery, supermarket, pharmacy

The whole condo is available for guests, along with access to the pools and the lagoon beach (though swimming is not allowed).

Currently, Saint Martin is experiencing water production problems which cause water cuts from time to time. The accommodation has a few jerrycans of water. But travelers are strongly advised to buy mineral water. The lagoon in front of the accommodation is not swimmable. Nettlé Bay beach is accessible by crossing the main road
