The cleanest and in best in shape of the many apartments that I have rented in Netanya. Also the most convenient location if your priority is not to be as close to the beach as possible. It is still within easy walking distance to the beach.

I rented this for my parents to stay a few days. They are older people that look for privacy. The listing stated this property as a 1 bedroom apartment. It was a room in a shared property which was entirely unacceptable. My parents left and rented a hotel room. My parents requested a refund. The owner stated that this had to be done trough expedia, and that he will refund. After starting the process through expedia he rejected the request. As of now im a pushing expedia again for a refund as i consider fake listings a big No no.
