The Worst Stay Ever
This was by far the most disappointing accommodation we’ve ever experienced. The place was filthy upon arrival — so much dust, dead insects, crumbs in the kitchen, and hair from previous guests that it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. We immediately reported it, and while a cleaning team was supposedly sent, nothing improved. We have multiple photos to prove just how dirty it was. We booked this place specifically because it advertised a washer and radiator. Neither were usable. The washer was essentially useless, and on the third night we were informed that the radiator wouldn’t be turned on until October 15th. The drying rack was covered in rust, which ended up staining our clothes. The windows were so filthy we couldn’t enjoy the view, and the balcony was equally disgusting. To make matters worse, they refused to offer even a partial refund despite the condition of the property. Completely unprofessional, with no sense of responsibility or care for guests. We were in Italy for our honeymoon, and this was our third week — what should have been a memorable and beautiful time was turned into an absolute nightmare because of this stay.
