It’s ideal for up to three guests, featuring a separate bedroom and a combined living and sleeping area with a dining space. The kitchenette is well equipped, and the compact bathroom provides everything you need.



A wallbox for electric vehicles is available (charges apply, upon request by the owner).



You can reach the centre of Nesselwang in a 5-minute walk, and the Alpspitz cable car is just 10 minutes away.



As a KÖNIGSCARD guest, you can enjoy more than 200 activities in the region free of charge!



The Space:

The apartment is ideal for up to three guests and one small child. The combined living and sleeping area features a comfortable seating corner and a well-equipped kitchenette with a dining space. A separate bedroom with a double bed offers extra privacy and restful nights. The bathroom is compact but provides everything you need.



A washing machine is available free of charge (upon request by the owner).



Thanks to its quiet hillside location, you can enjoy an impressive mountain view while still being close to the town centre.



The bird-friendly garden of Haus Hindelang has been awarded the official garden plaque and offers a valuable habitat for many bird species. Its natural design blends harmoniously into the surroundings and actively supports local wildlife conservation.

The apartment is situated on an elevated spot yet close to the centre – it’s just a five-minute walk to cafés, restaurants and shops.

In Nesselwang, the following visitor’s tax applies and must be paid either in advance or upon arrival:

- Adults aged 16 and over: €2.10 per night

- Children aged 6 to 15: €1.00 per night

- Children under 6: exempt from visitor’s tax



An EV charging wallbox is available. Use is possible by prior arrangement with the owner, and billing is handled directly on site.



The washing machine is located in the basement and can be used after a brief arrangement with the owner.
