Beautiful ocean view of Proposal Rock!
Property adjoins beach with easy beach access!Completely remodeled, very clean!
Ground level condo- no steps.
1 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms with additional separate areas for sink/vanity rooms, family room and kitchen. Sleeps 4 ( Queen bed and queen pull out American Leather sofa bed). Could potentially have 5th child sleep on fold out cot.
Very home-like condo that has been well cared for and stocked with everything to make our guests feel like they right at home for a unique beach experience. This place has it all! You won’t need to go anywhere, just relax here, take in the fabulous view, and enjoy the ocean/beach!
Patio leads onto nice lawn area that overlooks the ocean. Come sit in our nice cedar Adirandack chairs on this grass area right out our back patio and take in the view that directly overlooks the ocean. The condo has direct to the beach crossing over a seasonal small footbridge. Very convenient to be able to bring all your munchies just out your back door and take in the view! It also overlooks creek and river that flow to the ocean. Children enjoy playing in this gentle flow.
Very comfortable unit that has updated kitchen completely furnished with sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and all necessary dishware and appliances. Clean and well maintained.
There is a common area at resort with patio that has a gas grill and patio area - nice for BBQ.
Awesome hiking nearby! Serene coastal town...not over loaded with people.
Good restaurants and convenient market within walking distance.

This is multi-unit building with condo located on ground floor. No steps to get into condo.

*In rainy season depending on when seasonal high tides come in through winter, our seasonal bridge that crosses the creek for direct access to beach is brought in due to the changing water levels and ocean currents. Therefore, the foot bridge (shown in photo) that crosses the back lawn will not be available and to access beach so guests would need to walk through parking lot and access the beach either on the path by Hawk Creek Restaurant (3-5 minute walk) or on many of the other beach access points. Bridge will be put back out in the spring.
The condo is heated and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. The condo also includes a coffee maker.

The cute cottage type condo wad located off the busy part of the 101 tourism. Very clean easy to access. Tricia was super helpful answering any questions I may have. Nice view of th3 ocean amd nice walk to Proposal Rock. Cute little store at the end of the driveway and a neat cafe there also. Great value for location.

This is the second time we've stayed at this property. Everything was as we remembered. The host, Tricia, was always very responsive to our communications. The condo has a direct view of Proposal Rock, which is beautiful. We were fortunate to have gorgeous weather during our stay which allowed us to enjoy the Adirondack chars on the patio. The condo's kitchen is well equipped and the 2 full bathrooms were a real plus for our group of 4.We look forward to returning.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful ocean front condo with stunning views and sunsets.The decor and furnishing made our stay very comfortable everything was spotless and the well stocked kitchen made meal time easy. The extra surprise of two full bathrooms was also a nice addition. We hope to return to this lovely location again and again, It was so nice dealing with Tricia , she was very attentive and we even got an early check in time which is added bonus. Thank you for the lovely stay

Property was very nicely decorated but could use a little bit of thoughtful cleaning especially the bathroom. We were there on an extremely hot day and there was no air conditioning in the unit. Thought the property should at least have a fan available as the bedroom has no windows. Back door was quite hard to open and close. Kitchen was clean and beautiful shape. The view was gorgeous!

The view was amazing from this property. The way the property is situated, much of the wind is blocked, allowing us to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine! We really enjoyed the dual bathroom set-up. It allowed my wife and I to get ready and out the door that much quicker in the morning. My wife really enjoyed the short walk across the parking lot to select a fresh scone and grab a cup of coffee.

I feel I cannot say enough nice things about this rental! It was as presented in the description and communication with Tricia was prompt, courteous and helpful. I forgot a bag when we checked out and she arranged for me to pick it up. The condo was clean, tidy and well appointed. Instructions were well posted. The sofa bed was comfortable and my friend and I were both able to have our own bathroom. Such a nice view.

We are at the restaurant on the property and grabbed coffee at the little store on the property twice. Centrally located we did north coast one day and central coast the next.
