Tastefully furnished and fully equipped villa. Located just 2 km from the center of Nerja, this villa offers total comfort and beautiful views of the sea and the mountains.

The Villa has three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds and two complete bathrooms: one en suite with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

The spacious living room, which features modern decoration, has direct access to the terrace with panoramic views. It has satellite television (Languages: Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French). The fully equipped independent kitchen.



The outdoor area is spacious. There is a cozy porch in front of the pool where you can enjoy delicious meals. From the porch there is access to another terrace. Here, you can relax on the sun loungers that allow you to sunbathe during the warm summer days and enjoy a refreshing drink.

The villa is lovely positioned 1 1/2 miles from the centre of Nerja town. Very comfortable beds and very well equipped kitchen. The hosts were very responsive when the electricity and hot water failed so no complaints about their support at all.Good value for money.

Spacious villa with mountain views on the edge of Nerja

The villa was much bigger than I expected with plenty of outside space and a good sized pool. The house is very well maintained and was spotless. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of essentials supplied like spices/ sugars/ salt / washing liquid etc , even a bottle of wine which was a nice touch. Pool towels weren't initially provided but we requested these from Canovas and they were very quick to respond. The air con in one of the bedrooms stopped working but Canovas provided portable air con units for us- we were there during a heatwave and it was very much needed. There is a Lidl 5 minute walk from the house. The only downside was the location; its about 20- 25 min walk to the Balcon and a further 10 mins to Burriana beach, we walked in most nights ( which was hard in the heat) but got taxi back, about 7 euro. There are a couple of great restaurants at Burriana- Bakers and the Steak House. I had the best steak ever at Scarlettas at the Balcon . All in all, the house was great and we had a fantastic stay- I would recommend, but a car would be handy. Canovas were very accommodating and responded quickly to any queries we had.

Die Aufteilung der Zimmer war prima, die Doppelbetten sind aber ziemlich schmal. Eine schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Mit kleinen Kindern ist die Wohnung nicht so optimal, da der Aussenbereich durch viele Treppen verbunden ist und alles gefliest ist. Kleine Mängel gab es in der Küche, beim Geschirrspüler sind die Körbe nur mit vorsicht zu bewegen, da die Räder an den Körben fehlen, haben wir aber so gestalten können, dass der Geschirrspüler nutzbar war. Das Objekt war sehr sauber und einmal wöchentlich wurde der Pool kontrolliert. Alles in allem also prima, aber mit kleinen Kindern nicht optimal. Mietwagen ein Muss.

Calme et spacieux

Bien situé. Au calme. Les seuls bruits sont le passage des brebis, les hirondelles et les quelques travaux qu'il peut y avoir sur les villas en construction. La villa est grande et la région accueillante. Très bon entretien de la piscine.
