Holiday house for 6 people in Nerja, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.

With an avant-garde design and very modern decoration, this newly built villa has all the comforts to spend a dream vacation.

Its location and orientation make it very sunny and bright. From its exteriors and terraces we can enjoy beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The accommodation, which is distributed over two floors. The ground floor comprises a fully equipped modern kitchen, with access to the terrace with an outdoor dining room, a living room with TV, and a charming toilet.
On this floor there is also the master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace with magnificent views.

On the second floor, we find two bedrooms, both with two single beds each and a bathroom with a shower.

The house also has a porch on the outside with a dining table for eating outside next to the pool, where there is also a barbecue and fabulous views of the sea.

The entire villa is furnished and equipped so that you don't miss anything on your vacation.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.

The property was exactly as described, the only negative was the hazard tape on all the steps inside an out as its such a lovely sleek modern Villa but I do understand why they feel they need to do this. Its a real sun trap with sun all day and is in a great location for visiting the town. Slightly overlooked but from a distance so did not bother us. We would stay again.

Perfect!!!

The stay was as expected. The house and the pool where as described, everything was very clean. There was even a cleaning service for the sheets and towels. Special thanks to Veronica, who was very helpful and usually responded within minutes to all our questions via whatsapp. We will definitely come back in the future.
