Only a 10-minute walk from the famous Burriana Beach with lots of restaurants and shops, and less than a 20-minute walk to Balcon de Europa is this cozy and well-proportioned four-room apartment.
The apartment consists of three bedrooms, a living room with sofa and dining area, kitchen, two bathrooms and a balcony. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. Also close (walking distance) to a large supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants and other amenities.
The 20 sqm balcony overlooks the urbanization's garden and pool area, the sea and the mountains, it has a dining area for 6 people and two sun loungers. The Verano Azul urbanization consists of beautiful Spanish-style houses. Around the houses and walkways are beautiful flower plantings and palm trees. There are two pool areas in the urbanization, both with well-kept lawns and outdoor showers.
