Nerja is a coastal town at the foot of the Almijara mountains with a long tradition of fishing and agriculture. The fishermen still pull their nets ashore on Burriana beach and fresh produce can still be bought from the doorways of local people´s houses. The weekly market (Tuesdays) attracts many traders and shoppers from all over the region and the town centre has a vibrant, friendly atmosphere with many lovely shops and tapas bars & restaurants. The window wall was awesome, allowing us to enjoy the outdoors even more in the cooler days of Dec/Jan. It is a short walk to everything so location is perfect.

Great Sea View
Loved the location, the apartment is really clean and contains everything you need on holiday
It would be a great improvement if there were su loungers around the pool. We didn’t spend as much time round the pool because we weren’t comfortable lying on the grass
Property is as advertised, with great view and excellent location for access to all the amenities of Nerja. Couch has been replaced from that shown in listing and is very comfortable. Kitchen improved as well with dishwasher added and washing machine moved to bathroom.
The key downside is the bed is typical European style, VERY firm. This could be improved. Other key issue which can't be changed, is that it is an apartment and is subject to the noise of the streets and any loud arguments in the adjacent units.
Kudos to the property maintenance guy who does a great job of maintaining the building and gardens.

Fantastic Apartment
Fantastic apartment with amazing views. Great location and a short walk to bars and restaurants, and under a 10 minute walk to Burriana beach (if you have no mobility issues). Lovely pool area although no sun loungers available so we bought 2 sun lounger chairs and used them for the pool and the beach. The apartment is well equipped with everything we needed. Great, open living and dining area. The bedrooms are a decent size and having 2 bathrooms for 4 adults was a godsend. The washing machine was fantastic for a 4 week stay and the roof terrace had a number of clothes lines, and there was a laundry bag and clothes pegs provided in the apartment.
All in this was a fantastic apartment and we would definitely stay here again.
Although the information for the apartment says there are sun loungers, there were only 2 small chairs (not loungers) and a broken sun lounger chair within the apartment. We therefore decided to buy 2 lounger chairs which were great for around the pool and at the beach. When these break then the apartment owner should definitely be replacing them with adequate lounger chairs.
We found the beds to be very firm and uncomfortable but I think our bodies started getting more used to them as the weeks went on.
The apartment has no sound deadening from the apartment above. I'm aware there is nothing that can be done about this but we were unlucky enough to have a family with small children move in above us for our last 2 weeks. It sounded like a herd of elephants as the children would constantly run/jump on the floor from early morning & throughout the day. We could also hear the screech of the furniture being dragged across the floor at all hours of the day. This was unfortunately just down to the parents who had no consideration for us below/neighbours.

2 semanas estupendas
Toda la familia hemos disfrutado mucho: cerca de la playa, de los restaurantes y tiendas, la piscina genial, la vista impresionante, el apartamento muy cómodo y bien equipado. Repetiremos.
Hay pocas plazas de aparcamiento, pero si no mueves mucho el coche no importa.
No hay lavavajillas, pero hemos cocinado y nos hemos apañado bien.

Me ha gustado mucho vuestra atención como inmobiliaria, el piso estaba muy muy bien, a parte la nevera que estaba sin alguna balda que ha hecho que fuera complicado almacenar bebidas. Dicho eso, el piso muy limpio y tal como en las fotos.
El apartamento está impecable y muy completo, incluso con sillitas y esterillas para la playa y tendedero y pinzas, muy buenas vistas y muy bien situado, la urbanización con la piscina y la azotea comunitaria también está muy bien.
