The house is located in a protected nature reserve of some 12 square kilometers, as well as a protected area is also a strip of sea extending a mile from the beach, toward the Sea of Alboran. Located on the beach of Cañuelo one of the few wild beaches of the Costa del Sol. There are areas qualified for hiking and enjoy the flora and fauna indigenous to the area, such as the Mountain Goat, chameleons and the real owl. The crystal clear water and its biodiversity in marine fauna made it a unique spot for diving practice.
The cottage is heated and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 6 bedrooms and a dining area.
