This south-looking apartment also has large open corner terrace with dining area and several sun loungers, and a large pergola with retractable awning, making it ideal for alfresco dinners or sunbathing whilst enjoying great sea views. This apartment in the Rubarsal building has an ideal location, just at the beginning of the Burriana beachfront strip and 50 metres away from the beach, making it the perfect choice if you are planning to enjoy Nerja’s summer with your partner or family. Parking won’t be a problem, as there is a parking spot inside the building included, and you will be glad to know that this apartment comes with air conditioning throughout the house.
