Located in the exclusive Capistrano Playa urbanization, this 1-bedroom is the perfect holiday destination for couples. The place has a private terrace with fantastic sea views. It also has an living room, a recently renovated kitchen and a bathroom.
Capistrano Playa is a gorgeous urbanization with typical Andalusian houses surrounding a large ornamental lake with plants and fishes. The apartment is a short walk away from the beach, where you can get to through a pathway and steps that pass through beautiful gardens. The urbanization also has 3 pools of different depths and the whole area is closed to anyone who is not a resident there. Restaurants and other facilities are nearby and Nerja town is a 20-minute walk away, but there is a bus stop on the same street.
In addition, the TV offers more than 190 International Channels and there’s High-Speed Internet is available. Iron and Hairdryer are standard and are at your disposal.
We can organize your pick-up at the airport and, if you have a late arrival, a Welcome Pack can be ordered.
Access to the accommodation is not adapted for people with reduced mobility.
