Stadtzentrum mit Meerblick - was will man mehr?

Habe den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Man ist in 1 Minute in der lebendigen Fußgängerzone des Stadtzentrums von Nerja mit vielen Restaurants und hat gleichzeitig wunderbaren Blick aus Meer. In der zweckmäßig eingerichteten Wohnung ist alles, was man braucht, vollständige Küchenzeile. Schnelles und stabiles WLAN. Sehr netter Empfang durch den Vermieter, Herrn Viehweger mit vielen guten Tipps zu Wanderungen in der wunderschönen Bergwelt oberhalb von Nerja.

Un Petit coin de paradis avec vue imprenable sur la mer

Superbe appartement tres bien situé avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. A deux pas du centre ville, de la plage, belle piscine dans la copropriété. appartement bien équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut. Un sejour de rêve . A conseillé a 300% Un propriétaire tres accueillant et qui vous donne pleins. De bons conseils sur la region, merci Frank pour tout, nous reviendrons ca c'est sûr !

Lovely clean apartment with fantastic views

Just back from a great twelve night stay at this super apartment , Frank the owner was waiting when we arrived, he gave us a map of Nerja and pointed us to some lovely restaurants and places to visit. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed, perfect for two. The pool was nice to have if you didn't fancy the walk to the beach, although none of them are very far away and doesn't take long to walk. Thank you very much Frank for a great holiday.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Andalusien sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist in allerbester Lage, und von morgens bis abends kann man die Sonne genießen. Egal aus welchem Fenster man auch schaut, das Meer ist direkt vor der Nase. In unseren Augen ist dies die bestgelegene Wohnung der gesamten Anlage. Die gesamte Anlage ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Die Anlage ist zentral und ruhig gelegen, aber innerhalb weniger Meter ist man im pulsierenden Leben Nerjas. Der Besitzer hatte tolle Tipps für uns, so waren wir zu einem großen Fest in Frigiliana, oder sind den Chillar hochgelaufen. Diese einmaligen Erfahrungen hätten wir ohne ihn nicht gemacht. Wir können die Wohnung ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen! Unser Urlaub für nächstes Jahr ist schon gebucht, und wir können es kaum erwarten wiederzukommen!!!

DER platz an der sonne

das 5.jahr infolge sind wir (60 + 70) nun in dieser wohnung.sonne von aufgang bis frühabend. da der grosse balkon keine markiese hat sind 2 sonnenschirme zu empfehlen. die wohnung ist sauber und zweck- mässig eingerichtet. alles was man im urlaub benötigt ist vorhanden. Luxus darf man aber nicht erwarten. die sehr ruhige lage und der sehr große pool sind super gepflegt und werden von dem hausmeister antonio sauber gehalten. die gartenanlage und der pool sind nur für die bewohner der anlage von 9:00 bis 20:00 uhr zugänglich. antonio, der selber in der anlage wohnt ist sehr pünktlich . die fewo liegt nur 2 min. fußweg vom centrum und dem balcon de europa entfernt. nerja bietet eine vielzahl an restaurants für jeden geldbeutel an. sehr gut, aber nicht gerade preiswert ist das gegenüber der fewo liegende franz. restaurant "le petit paris" - beste französische küche -. ein auto ist in nerja nicht notwendig, aber für die vielen möglichkeiten für unernehmungen sehr zu empfehlen. der eigentümer frank lebt vor ort und steht den gästen jederzeit mit rat und tat zur verfügung. wir kommen immer wieder sehr gerne hier her zurück und freuen uns bereits auf unseren nächsten aufenthalt.

"Acapulco Playa" in allerbester Lage

Die Angaben im Online-Inserat zur Wohnung, der Lage und der Ausstattung sind voll zutreffend. Die Wohnung liegt zur Südseite, so dass von morgens bis abends Sonnenschein verfügbar ist. Dies gilt auch für die Wintermonate. Der Terassenblick erstreckt sich auf die wunderschöne Gartenanlage mit Pool sowie den Meerblick. Im Schlafzimmer kann man - auch im Winter - die Sonne aufgehen sehen. Der allgemeine Zustand des Feriendomizils ist sauber und gepflegt. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit erreichbar - man fühlt sich sehr gut betreut. Dieses Feriendomizil kann man getrost und ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen. Freizeitmöglichkeiten jeder Variation sind ausreichend vorhanden. Unser Lieblings-Spanier war immer "Josè y Victoria". Das sehr gute Speiselokal liegt nur wenige Meter in westlicher Richtung auf der C/Malaga.
