To access the property, there is a small road with a dead end and on the right, down 5 steps is the apartment which comprises of the following:

Independent and well-equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, electric oven, electric hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and all of the necessary crockery and cooking utensils.

Open plan living – dining room which features two comfortable two-seater sofas, TV with Spanish and international channels, WIFI, Air conditioning, patio doors allowing plenty of natural light to come in and giving access to the terrace.

A modern and spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, this is where the washing machine is located and there is also a separate guest toilet.

Two bedrooms, one of which is fitted with two single beds, built-in wardrobes and AC. The other bedroom (Master bedroom) is fitted with a king-sized bed, fitted wardrobes, AC and patio doors.

From the living room and master bedroom is direct access to a large south-facing terrace with an outdoor dining area and sunbeds. From here there is access via a spiral staircase to a private roof terrace with outstanding sea views and sun all day. There is also a set of table and chairs on this terrace.
