AP231 - Capistrano Playa

A beautifully three-bedroom apartment in the sought after urbanization of Capistrano Playa, just above Burriana Beach, this apartment has stunning views down to the urbanization’s lake and to the Mediterranean.

It has one double bedroom with built in wardrobes, one twin room and the third room has bunkbed and one bathroom with shower and washing machine, plus a well equipped kitchen. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.

There is an air conditioning unit in the living room. The living space consists of a lounge with comfortable furniture to relax in, and a dining area with a table and four chairs.

The terrace has a barbeque, a dining table and four chairs, and two sun-loungers, and looks out over the urbanization’s lake and across to the Mediterranean.

The apartment has free internet access and some satellite television channels.

The complex has a communal swimming pool open from April to October. The urbanisation is accessed by foot and there are stairs to reach the apartment.
