This 3 bedroom villa in Nerja has two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and two bathrooms with capacity for 6 guests.



Located in a rural area on the very northern edge of Nerja, the villa is situated away from other buildings and developments but is within 10 minutes walk of the bars and restaurants on the San Juan de Capistrano residential development. There is also the bus stop for the regular bus service from the San Juan de Capistrano area into Nerja town centre so it is possible to stay at this property without needing a car.



Villa Hermoso offers a private pool and it's elevated location provides its guests with wonderful views from the garden and terrace across the whole of Nerja and the sea beyond.

Lovely relaxed private villa

A really nice traditional Spanish villa on the outskirts of Nerja with stunning views and excellent facilities. Easy access to the Town, advise a car to make best use of surrounding area and sites to visit. We had a lovely relaxing time enjoying the day by the pool and evenings on the terrace enjoying the view.

What a superb holiday. The owner and rental agency were very helpful and attentive. We have scored 5 star on everything except location as the approach road means a car is almost essential but the situation gives the Villa its superb views. Fantastic Villa in a Fantastic location

We had an amazing time at this Villa, We stayed for two weeks and loved everything about the place. It has amazing views and plenty of space. It is only a few minutes drive from the centre of Nerja and 2 minutes drive to the nearest supermarket. The house was very clean and had everything wee needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Je betaald voor het uitzicht voor de rest in het huisje is geen vaatwasser wat een must is In deze tijd, weinig glazen. Weinig keuken apparatuur. Wat wij het ergste vonden is geen airco in de slaapkamers en die van de Woonkamer deed het ook niet erg goed.Het beste aan dit huisje was uitzicht.

Tolles Haus!

Es war alles super! Wirklich toll! Den einen Stern Anzug gibt es wegen der Autobahn die direkt vor dem Haus lang läuft und doch sehr laut ist. Nach zwei Tagen hat man sich dran gewöhnt. Aber am Anfang Ostberliner echt ein Schock. Davon abgesehen war alles super! Toller Garten, Toller Block, Tolles Haus!

Een prachtig huis, gelegen op een unieke plek. Op een berghelling met volop privacy. Uitzicht op de zee en het stadje. Met ook nog een heerlijk zwembad. Wij hebben genoten van deze week in dit huis.

Traumhafter Außenbereich mit wunderschönem Blick

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Miguels Haus. Checkin und -out war sehr unkompliziert. Der Außenbereich ist sehr groß, gepflegt und bietet viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Trotz noch kühlem Wetter hat unsere Tochter den Pool genossen. Der Blick ist einfach fantastisch. Die unterhalb verlaufenden Autobahn hat uns gar nicht gestört. Man hört auch kaum etwas davon. Hinter dem Haus liegt direkt das Naturschutzgebiet. Der Außenbereich ist insgesamt noch imposanter als auf den Fotos. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig. Es ist einfach, aber mit allem ausgestattet was wir brauchten. Der einzige Nachteil war das Heizen. Im Februar/März war es im Haus trotz heizen mit Klimaanlage im Wohn-/Essraum kühl. Die kleineren Räume konnte man mit den elektronischen Heizkörpern gut heizen. Die Betreuung war sehr gut. Danke an Spain Sun Rentals. Und auch Miguel hat Haus und Garten immer top gepflegt. Der im Laufe unseres Aufenthalts kaputt gegangene Wasserkocher wurde direkt von Miguel ersetzt. Wir hatten zweimal kein Wasser, auch darum wurde sich sofort gekümmert. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb. Mit den kleinen Kindern brauchten wir ein Auto. Jemand der gerne wandert, könnte die Strecken auch zu Fuß laufen. Mit dem Auto fuhr man 7 Minuten zum großen Supermarkt, 10 Minuten in den Ort. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns super gut erholt.
