Reside in a haven of relaxation in the heart of its green setting, Les Gîtes de Pehillo, halfway between Bordeaux and Toulouse: this former farmhouse with its spacious south-facing swimming pool is ideally situated in the middle of 17 hectares of trees and flowers & 5 minutes from Nérac.
Stay in one of the 2 gîtes for 6 people (du Pigeonnier or de la Source). All comfort (classified 3 stars). Adjoining the gîte de La Source, the 90m2 gîte du Pigeonnier is totally independent and has its own private terrace not overlooked
It offers 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with king size beds sharing a bathroom with shower, bath, and wcs and each with a private exit to the garden. Upstairs, bedroom #3 has a king size bed and a private bathroom with shower and wc.
A single area with living room, dining room, kitchen and lounge area with TV, opening onto the private terrace.
Private terrace and garden for each gite with outdoor furniture / parasol / two sunbeds, and weber barbecue (charcoal not provided).
Facilities : Washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, 3-drawer freezer, hoover, microwave, 4-burner ceramic hob with hood, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, crockery, 82 cm flat-screen TV (TNT channels), DVD player ... Towel dryer in the bathroom & hair-dryer.
The rest of the domain, 17ha of private and maintained forest with private hiking trails, the ping-pong table, the large swimming pool, are in shared use with the other occupants of the gîtes of the domain, in the respect of each one.
Open from June to September, the swimming pool (not heated) is quite large (6m x 14m. Depth from 1,20m to 2,20m), with a diving board and a pool deck with many sun loungers and parasols for everyone to enjoy. A deckchair is provided for each occupant of each gîte. Access is fenced for the safety of children, a swimming pool alarm is in place, as well as an anti-fall shutter.
The water is checked and the pool deck cleaned weekly, the grounds are maintained and the grass cut regularly. We will give you advance notice of everyone's visits.
The Pehillo gîtes are completely self-contained and operate in a spirit of togetherness and friendliness and we would be delighted to welcome you with friends or family!
The gîtes are open all year round. Minimum stay 2 nights (except July and August: 1 week minimum, from Saturday to Saturday). Monthly rentals possible between November and March.
Parties with outside music are not allowed.
Animals are not allowed.
A baby bed (sheets included) and a high chair are available on request.
Bed linen is provided, as well as towels and beds are made on arrival. Final cleaning is also included. But the gîte must be returned in good order.

As well as to the entire domain (17ha) shared with the occupants of the gîtes.
The main house of the domain is private and unoccupied. It will be renovated one day!
