A shower room with WC completes the facilities on this floor. The lower ground floor houses the entrance hall, providing a welcoming arrival space. On the upper floor, 3 bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to accommodate a total of 6 guests: the first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, the second bedroom offers 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and the third is a children's room with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length.
