Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Dimension: height 200 cm width 225 cm. Shop 800 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, La Crettaz" 600 m, railway station "Sion" 15.7 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.6 km. Skisport facilities 1.1 km, ski bus stop 250 m, sled run 1.6 km, children's playground 1.6 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Tracouet 1.1 km. Hiking paths: Bisse du Milieu 700 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
"Anusach", 3-room chalet 80 m2 on 2 levels. Partly renovated in 2022, comfortable and wooden furniture furnishings: small entrance hall. Living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and cable TV. Exit to the terrace, north facing position and west facing position. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair) open gallery with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Terrace, north facing position. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage (1 car), height 200 cm, width 225 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
